Contact a veterinarian or local emergency veterinary service. Do not wait for an app score, a community reply or a notification. PawTogether does not triage emergencies or determine treatment.

For safety or community concerns

Use the profile or post menu to report an account, post, event or alert. Use block to prevent further interaction. These reports go to the app operator, not to Telegram or emergency services. The operator needs a staffed support and appeal process before a public rollout.

When a reminder does not arrive

Check the scheduled date, timezone and reminder preference. For Telegram, confirm that you started the configured bot and did not block it. The operator should inspect the worker and delivery log. A saved task is not proof of a delivered message, and a delivered message is not proof that care happened.

When a task changed on another device

Refresh and review the latest caregiver log. The version check is designed to prevent a stale screen from silently overwriting a newer entry. Do not repeat a real-world action merely because an old screen showed it as unlogged.

Account access and recovery

Telegram accounts sign in through the configured Mini App. Optional web accounts use a username and password. This beta does not collect verified email addresses or offer email password reset. Recovery of web accounts requires the documented operator process; the operator must verify the requester before changing access.

Preview versus server-backed app

The standalone HTML preview saves fictional demo state only in its browser. It does not send Telegram messages, upload clinical files or create secure cross-device links. Run the included server to use the authenticated, persistent features. The isolated server demo also never messages real neighbors.
