1. Open the pet’s care circle
Choose Care circle and find a pet you own. Select Invite. Shared viewers and caregivers cannot invite more people; this decision stays with the owner.
2. Choose the role and duration
A caregiver can log care and observations. A viewer can read but cannot change the plan. Owners manage instructions and documents. Choose between 1 and 90 days of access after acceptance, according to the actual arrangement.
3. Share the invitation privately
The invitation can be accepted once within 48 hours. The person receiving it signs in with their own account and pastes the code into Join with an invite, or follows the full invitation link. Anyone holding the code can accept it, so do not post it publicly.
4. Confirm the handover
Review the visible tasks and make sure the caregiver understands which instructions came from the veterinarian. Ask them to log only what they know happened. Concurrent task updates produce a refresh warning instead of silently overwriting a newer record.
5. Revoke when finished
Remove the member from Care circle to end access immediately, or let the selected duration expire. Revoke unused invitation and handover links too. An invitation’s expiry and a member’s access expiry are separate controls.
