1. Confirm the timezone

Open Settings and choose the timezone where you manage the care schedule. Review this when traveling. A time without its timezone can be misleading to someone helping from another region.

2. Add the actual task

Choose Add task from Today or Calendar. Select the pet, a clear title, category, date and time. Pick one-time, daily or weekly repetition. Assign an active caregiver when a specific person is responsible. Put confirmed instructions in the notes.

3. Enable reminders

Turn on Care reminders in Settings. For Telegram delivery, start the configured bot or grant messaging permission in Telegram. The site operator also needs to run the reminder worker and configure the bot. A saved reminder alone does not prove that a notification was delivered.

4. Check the outcome, not just the notification

Opening or dismissing a notification is not the same as completing care. Log the actual outcome in the app. Medication completion requires a separate confirmation. Use a backup process for time-critical treatment rather than relying on Telegram alone.

5. Export when helpful

Calendar export produces the next 60 days of tasks. The server exports UTC event times. This is a one-time export, not a live subscription: later app changes will not automatically update a previously imported calendar.

Put a little care into practice.

Start with your pet’s profile and a routine you have reviewed.
